Beatrice Olaru

Beatrice played handball for 12 years, “a nice team sport, but tough enough for a girl”. She first entered the gym as a five-year-old holding her mother’s hand. “I will thank him all my mother’s life because she guided my steps towards performance sports, because my life as a athlete disciplined me.” As a fitness trainer, Beatrice is now teaming up with her clients and collaborators, supporting them and feeling the satisfaction of her work.

Beatrice says she is passionate and happy with what she does, and sport “simply flows through her veins”. She believes that for a quality life up to the old age, intelligent nutrition and attention to recovery are a must: “Only if we take care of ourselves first, we can take care of our loved ones for as long as possible.”
