Teach for Romania is a non-governmental organization, part of the global Teach for All network, which seeks out and trains valuable people, with or without previous teaching experience, to become educators, primary school teachers, or secondary school teachers in the public education system, for children from vulnerable backgrounds.

Why should you support us? In our 11 years of activity, we have managed to recruit and train over 600 Teach for Romania teachers, who have impacted more than 100,000 children from vulnerable communities across the country. In the 2024–2025 school year alone, we supported over 175 teachers. For the next school year, we aim to support more than 200 teachers in classrooms.

We continue to seek funding for the recruitment, selection, training, integration, and monthly scholarship offered during our two-year leadership in education program for each teacher. The overall cost per teacher amounts to €15,192.
