In the field of healthcare, Save the Children Romania plays a key role in reducing infant mortality by equipping and modernizing maternity wards and pediatric units, supporting vulnerable mothers and pregnant women, and investing in the continuous training of medical staff. Over the years, the organization has helped save tens of thousands of lives by providing modern medical equipment and improving access to quality healthcare services for mothers and newborns across Romania.
